I started volunteering here about a year and a half ago and I wish I had found this place sooner. Who knew I’d enjoy scooping poop so much. I also get to interact with animals I wouldn’t normally like prairie dogs and Dagus. And I have learned more about the quirks and likes of goats and pigs. I know goats can be crazy. Dave and Lisa are the best caregivers. They love each and every animal that comes thru their gates. They are very knowledgeable about the animals and I have learned so much from them. I don’t think they ever get a break from all there is to do at the sanctuary. I know feeding, cleaning and enjoying the animals is the best therapy in the world and it’s free. It just costs you your time and you will be glad you volunteered.

Thank you for not only helping on a regular basis but for filling in when we are in a pinch. We appreciate you
Farmhouse Animal Nature Sanctuary has helped me to feed the feral cats in Myakka City, that I have trapped, neutered and vaccinated. There are so many feral cats and kittens in the town, that I have tried to stop the overpopulation of cats, but I needed help feeding them. Thanks to Farmhouse, Lisa and Dave, they have helped to provide these sweet kitties with daily food. I love going to the Sanctuary and visiting the animals there. The latest, the raccoons, are so much fun to watch. Lisa and Dave work so hard and take wonderful care of all their rescued animals.

I have volunteered and became part of the board and I have to tell you the animals have always come first. It is amazing to see the owners truly put every animals needs..and wants before anything.

Farmhouse Animal and Nature Sacutary is amazing! All the animals are so well taken care of, and loved and each get a habitat area built just for them. I wish more people knew about how much the community needs people and a place like this one. They need all the volunteers and donations they can get.
I have been following and supporting Farmhouse Animal and Nature Sanctuary for several years. They take great care of the animals who have found their new home at FANS. I am impressed with the lengths they go to research and create the proper habitat for any new species they may take in or an animal with an injury or special need. They take great care to monitor new animals before carefully introducing them to others and make sure everyone finds a friend, regardless of species. I also like that they take what they learn and make an effort to educate the public about the animals and explain why they do or do not make good pets. The new Critter Connection Bus is a great example of this. Thank you for all the great work.

As a volunteer this is the most rewarding thing I have ever done. Every animal rescued is loved and will live their best life at FANS! It would be impossible without Dave and Lisa, the volunteers and the generous donations!

I started volunteering here last October. I have learned so much and am grateful they exist. For me being with the animals is extremely therapeutic. I've cried tears of joy (when Skittles let me pet her) and tears of sadness (when we've had to let an animal cross over the rainbow bridge). If FANS didn't exist these abused animals would have no place to live the rest of their lives peacefully.

There is a growing issue of local shelters, rescues, and sanctuaries being at or near capacity. Lisa, Dave, and all of the amazing volunteers at Farmhouse Animal and Nature Sanctuary (FANS) work daily not only to provide loving care to animals but also to be an integral part of the local community. FANS is collecting pet items to benefit deserving residents of Myakka City, Duette, Parrish, and Wauchula in Florida in an effort to prevent families from surrendering pets to local shelters and rescues or looking to re-home their animals, during times of financial strain. FANS is helping families keep their pets by providing supplemental pet food and supplies for cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and more.
They are the most caring loving people that gives all the life ti the wildlife and animals that need help! Fantastic people!!!!

I own Pawsitively Healthy Pet Supply in Bradenton and got involved with Farmhouse through one of my customers who volunteers there. I am in awe of how Lisa and Dave are able to handle such a demanding job. Their volunteer core is a wonderful group of people who care deeply and truly believe in Farmhouse's cause. I am proud to help Farmhouse continue to do their work every day. They are an invaluable part of the local community.

Thank you for your kind words. The support of local business owners like yourself is so important to us. Thank you for all you do for FANS and other local nonprofits
Farmhouse Animal and Nature Sanctuary (FANS) is a remarkable haven dedicated to the well-being of animals and the enrichment of the community. Their commitment to providing a safe and loving environment for a diverse range of animals—including goats, horses, pigs, kangaroos, prairie dogs, and various bird species—is truly inspiring. FANS not only prioritizes the care and rehabilitation of these animals but also actively engages with the community through educational programs and events, fostering a deeper understanding of animal welfare. The sanctuary's compassionate approach creates a nurturing space where both animals and visitors can thrive. Supporting FANS means contributing to a meaningful cause that promotes kindness, respect, and harmony between humans and animals.

As President of C&C Rescue Foundation I take my role seriously. We personally check out each sanctuary and rescue before donating or volunteering. When we first heard of the Farmhouse, we were amazed at the many different animals they take in. We went to check it out and were pleasantly surprised by not only the quantity and different species, but how very well maintained each barn or habitat was cared for. This truly is an amazing place ran with love and compassion.

They provide care and love always in the best interest of the animals. They work diligently to manage and design new programs for the community such as the critter connection bus as well as the food bank.

I have been a volunteer with FANS for a little over a year and it has truly become my happy place. Lisa and Dave are immersed in their lives providing exceptional care and a loving home to so many animals in need. Ensuring the animals have every possible comfort and necessary veterinary care is of vital importance to them. The variety of animals they support is amazing and I’ve learned about a few I didn’t even know exist! Their commitment to the community animal food bank has made a difference to those who otherwise might have had to given up their precious pets.
I am proud to be a volunteer and look forward to many more years with FANS!
FANS came and picked up a big tortoise that my neighbor found. George has been living the good life since at the sanctuary. All the animals there are loved and well cared for. That’s why I donate to help cover medical bills to keep the animals healthy. The photo is the day George was rescued before they cleaned his shell.

Farmhouse Animal Sanctuary is always there to help. When an animal arrives at the Sanctuary they receive the best care and love possible. The Sanctuary is now reaching out to communities with their Critter Bus to educate communities about caring for animals. Children get to learn first hand how important it is to always be responsible to your pet! It’s a message that needs to be shared. The staff at the Sanctuary also provide free food to families that might need assistance with feeding their animals. The sanctuary is truly an agency advocates saving animals and giving back to the community! They deserve a lot of credit!

Farmhouse Animal and Nature Santuary always finds a way to help animals. Winnie the Moo needed a new home because she was losing her home due to the property being sold. Winnie was raised as a 4 H honor cow winning many awards and loved by her family and friends. FAS posted Winnie’s story. The Santuary would take her but needed help with food and vet care. The friends of the Santuary stepped up to provide Winnie’s needs and now Winnie is living a happy life on the farm!

This is an amazing group of committed people giving so much to save local animals with nowhere else to go. The quality of life they give their animals is just amazing. Lisa and her husband give so much of their own resources, time and commitment that it’s hard not to want to match it. The care and love they have for their animals is contagious and over the years I have seen their support grow thanks to the hard work of all the volunteers and leaders. I’m happy to support this organization and all they do.

Have known Lisa and dave for a long time now. I see how they live their lives for all the animals at the sanctuary. The education they also provide is such a plus for all ages. I have helped on farm photographed and loved anything I could do to help in outside activities also. Their consistancy in providing is amazing, I thank them daily!!
Right when you enter the front gates it’s magical. You forget the outside world and just relish in the sight of seeing animals who are happy. The Farmhouse animal and nature sanctuary is a great example of second chances. The animals here came from many previous situations some good, some bad but it all changes once they call this their home. I have volunteered with my family and even coworkers many times since my first visit and it is such a rewarding feeling each time, doesn’t matter if we dug trenches, helped with repairs, or just helped feed the animals.
I am excited to see all the future plans come alive at the Farmhouse.
Nestled in the serene countryside, FANS is a true paradise for animals and a haven for animal lovers. My experience volunteering at this sanctuary has been nothing short of extraordinary, leaving me deeply impressed and inspired by the compassionate work being done here.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Lisa and Dave, who were eager to share the stories of the sanctuary’s residents. The dedication and passion of the caretakers were evident in every interaction, and it was clear that each animal was treated with the utmost care and respect.
The sanctuary is home to a diverse array of animals. Each enclosure is thoughtfully designed to mimic natural habitats, providing the animals with ample space to roam, play, and relax. I was particularly moved by the stories of the rescued animals, many of whom came from traumatic backgrounds but have now found a safe and loving environment to heal and thrive.
I learned about the sanctuary’s rescue efforts, rehabilitation programs, and educational initiatives. The sanctuary’s commitment to promoting animal welfare and environmental conservation is truly commendable.
Overall, FANS is a beacon of hope and compassion. It’s a place where animals are given a second chance at life and where visitors can connect with nature and learn about the importance of kindness towards all living beings. I highly recommend this remarkable sanctuary—it’s an experience that will leave you feeling inspired and uplifted.
I have been a volunteer at Farmhouse Animal Sanctuary for a few years. All the animals are treated with love and kindness and will happily live a life where they are cared for forever! My grandkids and I have helped raise awareness about the farm at several events and it is rewarding to expose children to animals like hedgehogs, turtles, bunnies and birds. The Farm has a vision of reaching out to educate children and encourage them to think about a career that involves animals. Visiting the Farm is a rewarding experience and learning about how the animals ended up here is a great story to tell.
I started volunteering here with the Lakewood Loves Animals club a couple of years ago, and it is such a wonderful place, run by amazing people who care so well for the animals. It is clear the animals are so loved, I couldn’t imagine a better place for them to be! Lisa and Dave have created such a wonderful environment for not only the animals, but volunteers as well. They do such important work in the community.

Thank you! We are the ones who are honored to have you as part of our Farmhouse Family. Without volunteers like you and your dad we couldn't do what we do for the animals!
Two years ago, I and several of my friends began volunteering at the Farmhouse via the Lakewood Loves Animals school club. It was immediately apparent then, as it is today, that the people running the Farmhouse Sanctuary are incredibly compassionate and capable people who truly do an amazing job at giving these animals in need happy and healthy homes.
I am continually amazed at how Lisa and Dave find it in their ability to take in more animals. They do everything within their means to give animals a chance to have a forever home. They even help other nonprofits as well as with their food bank which allows people to keep their pets and not have to relinquish them because they can't afford to feed them. They really do care about all the animals at the sanctuary and try to accommodate their special needs so that they can live their life as normal as possible with all their needs being met either nutritionally or physically.
I have been volunteering at FANS for a few years and a current member of the Board and I am so proud to be involved with FANS. Just when you think they cannot help one more animal due to stretched resources, they manage to make it happen. I am especially proud of the fact that they are truly a community organization that has a pet food bank to help families who need food and other resources for their pets. Lisa and Dave really set the tone for the organization and are always thinking of others. Of course, getting snuggles from and interacting with all of the animals is also great. Every animal has their own story and own personality and it makes the work worth it.

I became familiar with Farmhouse through an acquaintance Judith who takes the greatest pictures of your farm animals and let us locals see where even the smallest donation makes the biggest difference for these beautiful animals of all sorts and that is how Farmhouse became my donation place. Then when Hurricane Ian destroyed so much, mainly fencing I became more aware of needed donations. The dedication of these volunteers is beyond impressive and show what kindness is all about. Thank you for your kind words. Education is so important especially for the next generation of animal lovers.
A couple of years ago, I found myself in a difficult situation. I got divorced and needed to sell our home and property, which very sadly meant rehoming my farm animals. The last one to go was my donkey. He was always so special to me and I had the hardest time saying goodbye to him. I really thought I had found him great new owners though and was confident he would be cared for.
The day I went back to Myakka to visit my donkey, several months later, was one of the worst days of my life. I literally found him in a flooded pasture, lying in the mud, unable to stand. When I finally got him up, he could barely walk and the mud caked on him looked like he had been down for a while. If I hadn't gone there that day I know he would have died there, alone in the cold mud. His face and ears were infested with mites, which must have been incredibly uncomfortable for him. I still cry thinking about how much he suffered. The people I gave him to are a vet tech/self-proclaimed animal lover and a firefighter who grew up in Myakka raising farm animals, but that's how they left my amazing boy.
Through my tears I desperately reached out to everyone I could find trying to figure out what to do, as I obviously needed to get him off that property and get him medical help (on a Sunday) as quickly as possible. Farmhouse stepped up, rushing to make room for him and arranging for his care. They literally saved his life and for that I can't even begin to say how thankful I am. These wonderful people have dedicated their lives to helping animals in need and they deserve every blessing they can receive. Because of them, I know the donkey that I love will never suffer again.

I know one of the Directors, Sandra Krug. She is professional, compassionate, intelligent, helpful, amongst many other wonderful characteristics, but most importantly regarding the Farmhouse Animal & Nature Sanctuary she truly has a heart for these animals (and all animals). With Sandra on this team, I know this Sanctuary is in great hands! From Sandra's stories, I would love to check out the Sanctuary when I'm in the area. The heart and success of an organization or cause is dependent on its team. I know the heart of this team is only the very best for these animals which says a lot!
Hi,
My name is Pat and I had two teacup piggies. Lucy and Stella. They were my granddaughters. My granddaughter left for college and I could not take care of Lucy and Stella by myself. I spent weeks trying to find a place to relocate the girls. It was hard to give up Lucy and Stella because we had had them since they were 8 weeks old and we were very attached to them. I finally found Lisa with Farm House Sanctuaries. It was obvious she loved animals just by speaking to her over the phone. After two weeks of communication and a lot of family crying, I drove the girls to Farmhouse Sanctuary. I was met by Lisa and her husband as a team of loving volunteers. They made me feel so comfortable. An area was already for Lucy and Stella with their names painted on a piece of colored wood. It had an area for them to go into for storms with a very nice bed of hay. I was informed of every activity that would happen to keep Lucy and Stella happy and content and healthy. Lisa updated me by email and with pictures about every other week for a least two months helping us let go of our girls with comfort. I do not know what I would have done without Lisa's help in providing my pets with a loving, stable, healthy home. Whoever has to let go of their animals for whatever reason, will find comfort in letting them go to Farmhouse Sanctuary. It truly is a sanctuary for animals and people too that love animals.
Wow, it's not every day you come across people who do what they say; it's a breath of fresh air to see that here at the Farmhouse Animal Sanctuary Inc. The love and care given to these animals that have suffered abuse, neglect, or are simply no longer wanted are fantastic. It takes special people to achieve this level of dedication to ones who can not care for themselves; Sandra and her husband are doing this every day with love, transforming the lives of these animals from pain to joy. If you are in the area, this place is worth stopping at and lending support
The “heart” and TLC given the animals each and everyday at the Farmhouse is real.
I can speak for my friend, Sandra, for example... she faithfully serves and gives sacrificially.
Sandra lives out how God intended for YOU and me to care for dogs, cats, horses and other precious creatures on this planet.
In Genesis, the Lord God Himself put you and me (and the rest of “human”-kind) in a position of RESPONSIBILITY...
TO TEND WELL TO THE ANIMALS OF THE EARTH.
The Farmhouse is tending well... very well... for the animals of the earth that have come into their domain.
God bless this amazing sanctuary and God help all of us to faithfully carry out (our commission from God) better than ever.
WE are their voices.

Just want to say thank you to Lisa and Dave who went above and beyond to help me rehome my brother's dog. My brother had recently passed away and left behind a beautiful loving Chihuahua and Lisa reached out to all of her animal friends and helped me find him a loving home. So not only do they rescue animals they will also help other animals find loving homes.
I have to say that this is one of the best sanctuaries here in Florida! They are very well organized and are very friendly. I took my 2 children to help me when I volunteered there and Lisa went above and beyond to educate my girls about all the different animals that they have rescued. Lisa even asked my oldest if she wanted to volunteer to be an animal ambassador for other children when they open up to the public because my daughter was so inquisitive. They have helped my family in the past rehome animals that we had to give up. They are absolutely amazing and have the biggest hearts. Lisa and Dave are the kindest and most loving animal advocates in all of Florida.

My children and I have volunteered here several times and each time we go we fall in love with the place more and more. My girls love to help with the horses whether it's brushing and grooming them or mucking out their stalls. While they are doing that, I help out with the maintenace of the yards and pens. I do such work as cleaning up the pinecones from Bullseyes pen while he keeps me company. Or raking up the dead leaves and such around the house. There is never a dull moment. We even volunteer to help at events to help raise money for the sanctuary. My girls love all the animals there and are always excited whenever we return.

Thank you for the kind words and for all your help!
This is a place where the people genuinely care about the animals, and I love this so much. This is a great way to give back to both nature and the community.
I've witnessed the sweat and tears of those volunteering to care for these animals in need of love and a home. They embrace them all like they were family and are concerned for every aspect of their care; emotional and physical. They are also hard at work to make sure the environment of the farm is good, clean and safe. What a joy to see and meet the different animals who call Farmhouse home. So glad to know someone is there for these animals.
Even though the last few years have been rough on everyone. The animals are affected the most. The farmhouse animal and nature sanctuary has been a organization that is standing tall against all the odds and continues to open their heart and home to animals in need of a place to call their temp or forever home.
It’s is great to be able for myself and kids to come help even with the smallest of jobs of cleaning the barn or just having playtime with the little animals. You can learn so much. I am also so glad to able to assist them with an adoption of their most recent adoptable rabbit.

None of it could have happened if it wasn't for help from volunteers and board members. Lisa and Dave give tirelessly to the welfare of the animals at the sanctuary that call it home. I KNOW these wonderful people and volunteers. Their whole life is care and hard work for the animals. No one gives more of their hearts and souls.
I sponsor Lakewood Loves Animals which is a service club from Lakewood Ranch High School.
We have been volunteering at the Farmhouse Animal and Nature Sanctuary for approximately 10 months. From the very beginning, Lisa and Dave were so welcoming to the students and allowed them to not only help by working around the farm but also as the students worked in different areas Lisa and Dave would tell the students the background of the animals and their names which made the experience much more personal.
The students love to come to the farm (we volunteer two to three Saturdays a month)!
Lisa and Dave work hard to give the animals a wonderful life and we feel grateful that we are able to help them provide the best life possible for these sweet animals.

I volunteer as part of the weekly feed and clean crew and also assist with volunteer recruitment and retention. They go above and beyond creating a wonderful environment for each animal they take in, providing it with all of the love and care it needs to heal and live out its life. They are such an asset to our community.
The folks at FANS are such wonderful people. We met when I adopted 2 beautiful bunnies from them. Then, Lisa was kind enough to help me when I had a goat situation. The property is well maintained, spacious & the animals are well cared for. I am very pleased to have a relationship with this non profit. Thank you for all that you do!!

Thank you! We couldn't have asked for a better home for the bunnies!
As a board member and volunteer I love what we do at Farmhouse Sanctuary. Being able to help the animals and be there the moment they learn to trust us is an amazing experience.
The Farmhouse Animal and Nature Sanctuary is an amazing animal rescue! The founders of this organization put their heart and soul into taking care of the animals. They have nursed many of the animals back to healthy weights with proper nutrition and continued medical care. The Farmhouse Animal and Nature Sanctuary treat these animals each one is a family pet!! Each animal has its own amazing personality! The farm itself is very well maintained and quite the treat to visit! I personally was a little nervous to be around some of the exotic animals and the animal tenders were very good at making me feel very at ease!

Thank you for the kind words!
I have participated in Farmhouse Animal and Nature Sanctuary (FANS) since its beginnings and before. This is the best rescue I know. The people associated with FANS all care very much for animals. The Board and volunteers show so much compassion. The animals are lucky to live at this wonderful place. FANS take goats, birds, pigs, horses, etc. and give them a warm and loving home. Some animals like dogs or rabbits are adopted into loving forever homes. They have a variety of other animals, including kangaroos, that do not have to worry that someday they will not have a home. They are there forever!
At FANS the welfare of all furry, feathered and finned animals is unequaled. The animals are so happy. The feeling of appreciation is expressed in the eyes of all the animals I have met that live there. FANS is a place of love for exotic, domestic, and farm animals. A peaceful sanctuary where those animals find forever love. Nature and wildlife is also protected and supported and live peacefully in this six acre beautiful piece of property.
FANS, though small in stature, do such great work! Any and all abused, forgotten or discarded animals can discover their forever home there. The people at FANS are all totally devoted to the loving care of the animals. It is a beautiful location and all the animals are not just care for, but loved. The animals each have names and their personalities are well known.
A husband and wife (Dave and Lisa - kind, loving and generous people...just the best) are at the helm of this 501©(3) non-profit animal sanctuary. From Lisa and Dave, to the wonderful volunteers, all truly committed to their mission. They take care of the sanctuary with their own blood sweat and tears. If you are looking for an animal rescue where 100% of your donations goes to the animals this is it! The Farmhouse Animal and Nature Sanctuary consists of special people doing a special thing.

Thank you so much Sandra. We are blessed to have such supportive people in our lives that care as much for the animals as we do!
Are you an animal lover? Are you looking for a way to support the community while donating time to a worthy organization? Farmhouse Animal and Nature Sanctuary provide a loving home for a variety of animals for the rest of their lives. We also offer a fun learning experience with these beautiful animals in a natural, peaceful setting utilizing activities involving the arts and nature. Serving on the Board for FANS is a lovely way to pay back my community while spending time with some new furry friends.
Llamas are fantastic animals with bold and distinct personalities. They are some of my favorites! Llamas are flock guards. They are attentive and mindful of their environments. Llamas notice intruders and draw attention to them by making an alarm call and may even chase or kick the intruder. Our llama is excellent for protecting the little goats.
Farmhouse Animal and Nature Sanctuary is an ever-growing/evolving organization of people and animals. There are two people (Dave and Lisa), who do a lot of the work and live with the llama - and goats, and dogs and birds and kangaroos - with no doubt more to come. Some ongoing volunteers help regularly, and then some come and go and are on-call. Daily activities include the usual never-ending chores looking out for the welfare of the animals. So far, we have been able to laugh more than we cry and go with the flow of life on the "farm".
Even if the place is buried in mud, or rain is coming down so hard we cannot see a few feet ahead of us, we mumble a bit, but then realize it is only this moment that is trying. When it is all over, we still have these magnificent animals and a beautiful spot in a scenic and peaceful part of Florida. We have a lot of support from people and, most of all, we have this work that we love.
When someone like Bandit, our newest llama, shows up and we get to raise him and know that he will not end up as a neglected or abused llama, we just thank the Universe and keep on.
I love FANS and am so proud of the work done there for the animals. It is the best sanctuary I know of or have been a part of.

Thank you for your kind words and never ending support. We are lucky to have you as a friend and board member
Farm house sanctuary is where I learned I wanted to be a sanctuary owner ! They truly love their animals and care for them So much. Whenever I see an animal who needs a home , they are the first to come in mind ! They never turn away an animal who needs help and I love that about them. They are genuinely amazing people from the inside out and I would leave my littles in their care and that’s saying a lot since I won’t even let my own mom watch my littles ! They are true sanctuary owners and the world needs more people like them !!! Animals get the best care , proper enrichment and no one is in a cage. It’s just acres of green and happy littles !

Thank you and the feeling is mutual you are an inspiration!
We started Farmhouse as a small seed and with the help of our board members and volunteers it has grown. Seeing the smiles on our volunteers faces when working with the animals and how hard they work to help us repair and make the sanctuary a wonderful place makes us feel grateful for all the support. When we walk out into the pasture and see the animals living their lives grazing and playing in nature and they stop and come over to greet us, it lets us know we are doing the right thing.

The most amazing people, who really care about their animals and their well-being before anything else. I am always happy to volunteer for them, and they make anyone feel welcome.

Thank you! We love having volunteers like you who really connect with the animals!
Way before receiving their official designation as a non profit, Farmhouse Animal and Nature Sanctuary was busy caring for the many animals that came to them due to mishap or misfortune. Old horse with no lower teeth? No problem, of course we'll take her! Tortoise got bigger than expected (by a lot)? They're getting the lumber for a new habitat. Whether its horses ,goats, pigs, llamas, tortoises, kangaroos, rabbits, or chickens, Farmhouse is ready to care. Lisa and Dave Burns take on the challenge with love and compassion, and are always building the next project, starting gardens, feeding, (and feeding and feeding) and sharing what happens around the farm. Volunteers are always welcome! You can visit too with an appointment.

Thank you for the kind words and the wonderful donation that keeps on giving! Our bunnies, guinea pigs and chickens love the fodder we grow from the micro trays!
The Farmhouse Animal and Nature Sanctuary sanctuary is truly a beautiful place. You can tell by the interactions of the animals and those who care for them that they are well loved and responsibly cared for. The grounds are also beautifully maintained. The amount of endless work that goes into caring for the animals and running the Sanctuary is nothing short of a labor of love.

David and Lisa who own and operate this sanctuary work very hard to provide clean, natural, and loving environments for all the animals. I have never seen animals as well cared for and loved as much as the animals at the sanctuary! They devote all of their time to the health and well-being of all these creatures big and small! Any animal would be proud to call Farmhouse Animal and Nature Sanctuary their home!

Thank you Tammie that is sweet of you to say. We love our volunteers too!
The Farmhouse Sanctuary is a fabulous place! Lisa and Dave are the most friendly, kind, and loving people you could ever know. They are extremely hard workers who have a passion to saving lives of all kinds of animals in a safe loving environment that nobody else wants: from horses, goats, pigs, bunnies, all Kinds of birds, turtles and kangaroos and whatever comes their way. The animals all have their own section to make them feel at home and loved. They do everything they can to care for these animals properly. Many of these animals run right up to Lisa and Dave to greet them when they are out and about doing their work on the farm. They take pride in all they do in taking care of these animals. The sanctuary really is a great environment and place for these animals to come to live.
