Mission: FHFH exists to serve the Lord Jesus Christ by feeding the hungry. In the Bible, Isaiah the prophet and Jesus himself lift up feeding the hungry as one of the traits of those who have given their hearts to the Lord.Nutritious red meat is the most-needed item at food banks and feeding ministries nationwide. FHFH pays to have deer and other big-game donated by hunters processed, packaged and frozen by licensed meat cutters. The meat, which is high in protein and low in fat, is distributed free of charge to the food banks and feeding ministries that serve the poor nationwide.
Results: Since 1997 over 21.5 MILLION SERVINGS of meat have been provided to the hungry through FHFH by generous hunters and farmers!

Direct beneficiaries per year: provide over 650,000 servings of meat for hungry men, women and children
Geographic areas served: states nationwide
Programs: inviting hunters and farmers to donate deer, elk and livestock to participating butcher shops who process and package the meat for distribution to food banks and local feeding ministries.
