Mission: The mission of farmcity alliance is to promote the preservation of farm land; it sponsors the mercer island farmers market to provide urban residents an opportunity to purchase farm fresh, locally grown produce and agricultural products, to facilitate direct interaction among urban residents and farmers and thereby demonstrate the importance of sustainable agriculture.
