Mission: Our Mission is to empower and uplift families who have successfully reunified after separation through child welfare and those families working with Sonoma County's Family, Youth & Children's Services Preservation Unit. We are committed to providing resources and support families impacted by foster care.
Target demographics: parents and children who have successfully reunited after being seperated through child welfare (CPS) and the courts.

Geographic areas served: Sonoma County
Programs: Christmas trees/decorations, help with utility bill disconnection notices, Welcome baskets for those obtaining new housing, grocery gift cards and resources for basic needs
