They do amazing outreach to the community helping those in need while simultaneously having exceptionally effective marketing to keep me in the loop of their current initiatives
Proud to support FamilyAid Boston and all they do for families in my hometown. My parents introduced me to the organization when I was in my college years. They are a great group of people who truly want to help families that are struggling. I love seeing the photos of the kids during the summer events each year. They look so joyful!
Proud to support this organization again this year! IMO, one of the best and most under-recognized nonprofits in the Boston area! More people need to know about them!

As a person with lived experience with homelessness as a child, I was looking for a program that helped people like me. I learned about FamilyAid from reading about them in the news and researched them some more. They do so much for thousands of people and have won awards for it. I gave made a donation to them and they keep in touch with me about all their good works. I wish there was an agency like theirs when I was a child. I recommend them to others.
FamilyAid delivers critical services to the most vulnerable residents in Boston. They've formed critical partnerships with public school and local hospitals to meet families when they're most in need. A dedicated and passionate staff makes it all possible.

Combating family homelessness is such an important issue for our community. FamilyAid is an incredibly organization that help to prevent and address this matter. It is an non profit driven by amazing people doing important work
I am a donor. I am impressed with all that FamilyAid does to support parents and help their children break the cycle of poverty and homelessness. I feel they are trustworthy and reliable. They say what they mean and mean what they say!
I love FamilyAid’s approach to family homelessness because they focus on prevention in addition to supporting children and families in shelter. If you can invest to prevent a family from falling into homelessness in the first place you can avoid that trauma and its aftermath. They also do a nice job of supporting the whole family with services.
I have been involved with FamilyAid for the over 13 years and have seen first-hand what the dedicated staff does on a daily basis to help families in crisis. The compassion they show these families is truly remarkable. FamilyAid is more than just a shelter, they help families gain the stability the need for long-term success. They make a difference every day.
Back when my grandparents immigrated to the United States, an organization called Traveler’s Aid got them settled in Boston. I recently learned that the agency who gave my family a great start is still around but now called Family Aid. They are helping other families now like they did way back when. Great to know they keep going and giving this help. Bravo Family Aid!
I have volunteered with FamilyAid since COVID, delivering holiday meals and gifts to families in their shelters, housing and prevention programs. The activities were very organized, the staff very committed and passionate about helping others and their families very grateful for the help they receive. I felt my volunteer work was appreciated and valuable.
