Results: For 2011! Homeownership Resource Center (HRC): 2,632 faced foreclosure, 70% avoided foreclosure. 831 first time homebuyers, 96 homes purchased, 13 down payment assistance loans. Consumer Credit Counseling Ser vices (CCCS): 567 total CCCS clients, 124 debt management clients, 82% met financial obligations. 1572 attended financial literacy workshops. Behavioral Health Services (BHS): 180 domestic violence victims, 950 victim counseling sessions. 200 perpetrators, 2,728 perpetrator counseling sessions. Lease on Life Program (LOL): 21 individual participants in Phase 1 & 2, 32 disabled participants now in permanent housing. Representative Payee Program (RPP): $698 SSA monthly income for 95% of clients. 2,600 total monthly phone calls. 800 total monthly deposits. 4,000 total issued monthly payments. Conservator Program (CP): 670 conservator clients, 190 permanently disabled veterans. 2,000 total monthly phone calls, 2,000 total monthly deposits.
