Mission: We improve the quality of life in the Wabash Valley by providing affordable counseling and community service. FSA was founded in 1882 to provide a systematic way of helping families in need without duplicating services. We have grown and changed with the community, and our current mission is to strengthen, enhance, and preserve family life and human relationships by providing affordable direct service, client advocacy, and community collaboration; thereby, improving the quality of life for all in the Wabash Valley.
