Mission: Family Promise of Odessa, INC. exists to enable transitioning families with children to achieve lasting self-sufficiency by providing temporary shelter, meals and access to existing community social services.
Results: Since 2010 to present, Family Promise of Odessa, INC. has assisted 56 families which consist of 134 children and 56 adults.

Programs: Family promise of odessa (fpo) made major strides in beginning it's primary project of assisting homeless families, by obtaining land, a day center (trailer) and various other assets that were put in place to have the daycenter ready for opening in 2010. An executive director search was conducted and completed with the hiring of our first director in december 2009.
Family Promise of Odessa does a great job in enabling homeless and underprivileged families with children to achieve lasting self-sufficiency by providing temporary shelter, meals and access to existing community social services. It has been an honor working with them as an employment lead and look forward to continued success among both parties.
