Target demographics: Family members, partners and friends caring for older adults.
Geographic areas served: FCA has a Local, Statewide and National reach. Information and consultation is provided to family caregivers, policy makers, health and service providers, the media, program developers and funders. An array of community based services is provided to residents of the SF Bay Area.
Programs: The NCC sponsors the Family Care Navigator to help caregivers locate support services in their communities. FCA also oversees Link2Care, an Internet support and information system for clients of California's system of Caregiver Resource Centers and operates the Bay Area Caregiver Resource Center in the six-county San Francisco Bay Area.
