Mission: Family and Children's Association protects and nurtures abused and neglected babies and children. We shelter homeless or abandoned teenagers and teach them to help themselves. We aid and support families in crisis. We provide meaningful treatment and rehabilitation to people of all ages with mental health or substance abuse problems. We safeguard senior citizens, helping them to continue to live the lives they wish for themselves. We've served the people of Nassau and Suffolk counties for more than a century. We're the largest helping agency on Long Island, touching more than twenty thousand lives each year. We help people in every walk of life, from financially secure families to the poor and working poor. We're Family and Children's Association -- changing lives where we live.
