Charliedawn was born with a rare brain malformation called Holoprosencephaly. Families for HoPE gave us HoPE and support thru this journey. Connected us with families locally and around the world who have children just like Charliedawn. Families for HoPE put on a medical conference on HoPE every two years. We have learned so much and made lifelong friends.
