I am an 87 year old WWII veteran.
I called FH&C from my home in Lawrenceville, Ga. which is some distance from Ellijay, about an accordion they had listed on Craigslist.
The employee I talked to assured me that the instrument was in good condition and based upon his assurance, I had someone go to the store to pick up the instrument because I am unable to travel long distances.
When I received the accordion, it was in a case that was in shambles; the cover of the case was in shreds and the instrument was in even worse condition.
I called the employee and told him I was going to return the instrument and wanted the $175.00 I paid for it refunded.
The accordion was returned but they refuse to refund my money. I can ill afford to lose that sum. The fact that the employee grossly misled me about the condition of the instrument seems to be of no consequence.
