Programs: The program expenses represent funds to secure a proper facility for chocolate making. The manufacturing and packaging process for the hands-on programmatic learning piece of creating chocolate bars was tested. Furthermore,training for staff was initiated. All activities were performed in preparation for program service participation, which is anticipated to begin in 2018.
