KCCD provides wonderful opportunities for its community. I have only volunteered for a short time so far, but they have been very welcoming, and I have already felt that I am making a difference.

I have known of KCCD's work for nearly eight years. Hyepin is one of the most visionary, intelligent, and dedicated professionals in the nonprofit sector. I am constantly impressed with the breadth, depth, and quality of KCCD's community involvement; they are a model for sound information, effective advocacy, and practical capacity building. To achieve what they have achieved in such a short period of time is truly remarkable. While I have not personally benefited from KCCD's services, I would recommend them, without reservation, to anyone whom I thought needed their help. In short, I am a huge KCCD fan!

I strongly command KCCD for its leadership and role as a leading Asian American community in economic development and social services. I believe KCCD has shows its strongest impact in Asian American Home Preservation and Foreclosure Prevention efforts, which still today many Asian American families are swamp by the wave of foreclosures. KCCD has been a sole service provider in this arena since the very beginning, and has been a very few agencies across the country, including all the service providers, that produced great results for very people who needed help. It's an awesome organization, and hope they win the prize for more great work.

I donate to this organization because I know the money is going to a good cause. Not only do they provide an e-mail of KCCD news, they try to be in the news by influencing policy or helping the community. Much under appreciated organization!

I have involved with KCCD for the Home Preservation and Prevention of Foreclosure Program. They are the most outstanding in giving the seminars in assisting with other ethnic groups e.g. Thailand and others.

They had help out with three seperated occasions at Wat Thai Los Angeles, Wat Padhammachart and at their offices to continue to provide the services to the home owners.

I must stated that KCCD is working hard and with pure hearts.

I have been involved with this organization for 15 years. It reaches out in so many ways to the Korean community and others, and assists wherever possible to organize and educate everyone they CAN reach in the ins and outs of American bureacracy: in mortgage lending; American traditions and culture; and relationship counseling.

KCCD provides real service and care to this community.
