Programs: Cultural and ethnic awareness programs: walt whitman gathering: at our annual gathering (40 people this year) to celebrate the birthday of poet walt whitman (may 24-27), we focused on the poetry of another gay poet and filmmaker, one who was involved in the early radical faerie movement: james broughton.

cultural & ethnic awareness programs: lammas gathering: at our annual gathering (76 people evening, 100 daytime) to celebrate the holiday of lammas (july 27-aug 4), we explored our connections to the earth and our ancestors through ritual, discussion, and sharing circles. This gathering also included a weeklong theater workshop that culminated in a production of hans christian anderson's "the little mermaid," focusing on the queer themes of alienation, difference, love, and empowerment of the individual.

cultural & ethnic awareness programs: fall foliage: at the fall foliage gathering (oct 11-14)(45 people attending), we reflected upon destiny's 20th anniversary, with oral histories and discussion about faerie history and culture.

cultural and ethnic awareness programs: more than annual meeting: (dec 13-15)(25 people attending). In addition to our regular business, we held a three hour training on consensus process.
