Mission: ESC''s mission is to enhance the overall impact of the nonprofit community by enabling organizations to operate more effectively to meet the needs of their constituencies. ESC accomplishes this through the provision of high-quality, high-impact, affordable management consulting and related services by senior level executives and professionals from the private, nonprofit, and public sectors who donate their time and expertise. Diversity and InclusionESC is dedicated to promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion where differences are recognized, understood, and appreciated in ways that enable each constituency to create a positive impact within the communities we serve.
Target demographics: to enhance the overall impact of the nonprofit community by enabling organizations to operate more effectively to meet the needs of their constituencies
Direct beneficiaries per year: 100 nonprofits through consulting engagements, over 1,000 nonprofit leaders through professional development workshops
Geographic areas served: Eastern MA and Rhode Island
Programs: ESC offers: 1) Consulting services in Board Development, Strategic Planning, Financial Management, Revenue Generation, Related Business Development, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Executive Coaching, Seminar and Retreat Services. 2) New England Jobs.org (a classified advertising email bulleting and web site linking nonprofit practitioners with jobs in the nonprofit sector)
