Mission: Executive Service Corps of Indianapolis is a community resource of experienced professionals and executives who provide affordable education, mentoring, and consulting services that help organizations and individuals improve their performance. Since 1974 ESC has been providing quality consulting services to those who would otherwise not be able to afford it. Our member-volunteers are matched with organizations that correlate with their interests. These member-volunteers are retired or semi-retired executives who want to continue to contribute to the community. ESC also works with the public school system in both the elementary and secondary levels. All ESC programs are provided by the member-volunteers, but require staff assistance and facilitation.
