Mission: To assist people with disabilities to maximize their sense of honor, dignity and self-worth by providing quality vocational evaluation and training; community employment suited to the individual's needs, skills, desires and social development; and residential services which enable them to live in comfort while attaining their highest level of independence in all phases of their lives.
Programs: Efi's residential services provides 24-hour care and assists with living accommodations for 45 disabled adults in mason and thurston counties. A skilled staff of approximately 105 are employed at the various housing facilities helping to support the independence and safety of our clients.

Advantage employment partnerships staff work closely with the department of social & health services division of vocational rehabilitation and the division of developmental disabilities to place individuals with disabilities in the community workforce. Efi's focus is on the individual's abilities while working with the business community to place, train, and provide support to both the client and employer. Services we provide include job search, resumes, job counseling, interview advice, pre-job training, job placement, on-the-job training, and long-term support.
