Mission: EVOLVE is dedicated to uniting children with loving families. We do this by providing programs and services for domestic and international adoption, pregnancy support, child-focused recruitment and foster care.
Target demographics: EVOLVE is dedicated to uniting children with loving families. We do this by providing programs and services for domestic and international adoption, pregnancy support, child-focused recruitment and foster care.
Direct beneficiaries per year: We placed 117 children into permanent families, 283 families attended a program training, educational session, or support group, and our staff prepared 17 families to become licensed foster parents
Geographic areas served: Minnesota and western Wisconsin
Programs: Evolve offers a variety of programs because we know families can be built in multiple ways. Our various programs are designed to support all evolving individuals and families by: Providing a variety of Domestic Infant programs to fit the needs of those families looking to adopt an infant from anywhere in the US. Guiding and supporting families in our International Adoption programs as they grow their family through the adoption of children in need of families all over the world. Recruiting and training families interested in our Foster Care program. These families serve as foundational support for children in times of life transition. Offering free, unbiased support to those experiencing an unplanned pregnancy, in our Pregnancy Services program. Our pregnancy counselors help women and their families know their options and make the decisions that are best for them, free of judgment or pressure. Working with children directly, taking time to get to know them, their interests, and what makes them unique in our Child-Focused Recruitment program. Statistics have shown the value of individually preparing and supporting children in foster care on their journey to find a family.
