employment coaching for people with disabilities: fourteen individuals were served in gaining first-time work experiences including job shadowing and paid temporary work, finding longtime work, and maintaining employment. Coaches supported individuals with identifying areas of interest for work, creating resumes, practical support with soft skills for the work environment, and self-advocacy in the workplace including when/how/if to disclose a disability.
growth towards independence program: ten individuals received over 200 hours of support towards their individualized goals for independence via one-on-one sessions, group work, collaboration with teams, and additional outside support from evolve coaches such as phone support between sessions, workplace consultations and trainings, and parent support.
