Mission: Eureka Recycling's mission is to demonstrate that waste is preventable, not inevitable. All of Eureka Recycling's efforts are designed to help individuals, organizations, and communities understand the significance of zero waste and to achieve their own zero-waste goals.

Programs: Reduce & Rethink: Eureka Recycling examines how waste can be prevented before we turn to recycling and composting and calls for accountability from the producers of packaging and products to better design their goods. Reuse: Eureka Recycling created and operates the Twin Cities Free Market, a web-based program that lengthens the life of durable goods by connecting community members who have and can use them. Recycling Services: Eureka Recycling provides curbside and apartment recycling services. Composting: Eureka Recycling provides composting and zero-waste services for restaurants, farmers markets, grocery stores and many others, and the most environmentally sustainable method of managing food waste: backyard and worm composting workshops that reach hundreds of people each year. Zero-Waste Events by Eureka Recycling provide event participant and planners a firsthand experience of a world without waste. The Recycled Paper Co-op offers residents and businesses quality recycled paper at competitive costs.
