Programs: Ecf's main program purpose is to reliably safeguard its contributions and endowment funds and carefully award grants to worthwhile organizations and projects. Ecf will also build and grow its endowment funds to generate income to benefit the entire local community. During the year ecf awarded grants to 9 non-profit, governmental or charitable groups to better the life for residents in the estacada area.
ecf has a booster club to establish ongoing alumni interest and finacial support for the pursuit of education excellence in estacada's schools and to enhance the estacada community.
