Escapees CARE, Inc. is the only Adult Day Care in Polk County, providing a critical service to the entire community. All Caregivers need some time off, a respite to recover their energies or attend to need functions like their own medical needs. CARE provides a full-time Nurse and Certified Nurse Attendant Ten Hours per day, Monday to Friday (except Holidays). Your Loved One receives a safe environment with 3 meals per day, personal assistance, bathing, social interaction, exercise, games, and other entertainment at an affordable price. New participants receive the first day free. After a day of interacting with others at CARE, your loved one returns home, eliminating the perception of abandonment often associated with nursing homes. The cost is kept affordable through the generosity of RV members of the Escapee Association and the General Public. The program is open to all surrounding communities whose medical and support circumstances qualify them for admission.

Escapees CARE, Inc also operates a Residency program for RV owners in need of Rest, Recovery or Recuperation from Surgery. Simplify your life by staying at one of our 35 RV sites and enjoy 3 delicious meals every day, with your laundry washed/folded, light housekeeping every other week in your RV, free transportation to local appointments, shopping, restaurants, outings and fun activities. This is truly Independent living at an affordable price allowing you to relax, enjoy yourself and rest or recover. Contact Escapees CARE, Inc. at 936-327-4256 or www.escapeescare.org

CARE has received positive reviews in AARP, Good Sam, and US New and World Reports.
