Programs: Purpose: providing upkeep/maintenance/preservation funds for camp tapawingo on lake champlain which is available for use by youth non profit organizations for free. The operation of the camp for youth, and its related utilities, insurance and maintenance expenses all qualify as charitable expenditures. In 2014 year: girl scouts of neny used the premises for two weeks of live-in summer camp and ten separate troop camping trips. The ted k youth center held a one week summer camp for approximately 25 children. The camp was provided to these groups with no fee charged by the ernest turner memorial fund inc. The foundation also provided monetary grants as listed in part xv of the 990-pf.
