Mission: THE FOUNDATION SERVES AS AN INFORMATION SOURCE FOR HAMILTON COUNTY, TN AND SURROUNDING COUNTIES IN TENNESSEE AND GEORGIA.
Target demographics: ensure that people with seizure disorders are able to participate in all life experiences and overcome the challenges created by epilepsy.
Geographic areas served: 13 Counties - Bledsoe, Bradley, Catoosa, Dade, Grundy, Hamilton, Marion, McMinn, Meigs, Polk, Rhea, Sequatchie, Walker
Programs: Case management, Seizure education, Epilepsy awareness, Prescription assistance, Support Groups, and Advocacy (in the workplace, classroom, etc.)
