Design and delivery, in collaboration with virginia commonwealth university, of face-to-face and web-based courses about regional sustainability challenges and opportunities that students can use as a springboard for tackling regional challenges. B) sustainable societies academy. Pilot program in association with the sustainability curriculum consortium. Design and delivery of summer program for new york city high school students about how to address regional sustainability challenges.

A) reinforced greater richmond, virginia (rva) regional identity as a model for tackling the most critical social, economic, and environmental sustainability challenges facing the region. Developed a set of regional sustainability goals supported by specific projects to enable the region to attain those goals by 2050. B) k-12 regional sustainability education. Piloting project for food scrap collection at the birdhouse farmers market in the city of richmond.
