Enterprising Latinas, Inc. (ELI) assisted this donor to dispose of estate items and facilitated the donation of those items to community residents. ELI staff did communicate with the donor through different channels and did provide a donation acknowledgment and receipt in several formats. While we regret his interaction with ELI in 2021 didn't meet his expectations, our programs and services continue benefitting the community and having significant impact.
