ENCOURAGEMENT INCORPORATED

I have travelled on four trips with Encouragement and have seen the work of this nonprofit first hand. The work with orphans, churches, and communities is extraordinary. It is an organization that uses every dollar to the fullest and operates with the highest integrity and missional focus.

Encouragement Inc is an amazing organization that rescues orphans in Kenya. They give each child an amazing education and a solid foundation to launch from for the rest of their lives!

I think what puts this organization above most of the rest is that 100% of donated funds go to the Kenyan orphans. Which means that Vic Rader and those who help him don't take a salary or any other help for all the work that goes into running this organization. Huge sacrifices are made so that all donated money goes towards doing the most good.
On top of that, the monthly newsletters, and being able to email directly with the child at the orphanage that you sponsor, all add up to an experience that makes it feel like doing more than writing a check to a charity.
Jesus Christ is at the center of this ministry. Because of that, lives are being changed here on earth and for eternity!

I know this organization and the people who operate it, and wholeheartedly recommend their work and ministry. I took a trip to Kenya with them several years ago and spent time working in their orphanages there, and have experienced their heart and service for the people that they serve. I was pleased to find first-hand that they keep their overhead very low so that they can use the funds for the work there, and I am not only a volunteer but also a donor. Quality people, integrity and life-changing services offered on a daily basis.
