Mission: EA is a national nonprofit with the mission of increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities in the United States. For millions of Americans with disabilities, employment remains out of reach. We firmly believe that hiring a person with a disability makes good business sense. With that philosophy, Enable America's goal is to work with all members of the community – people with disabilities, service providers, government agencies, advocacy groups, existing organizations and employers -- to eliminate barriers to employment and bridge the gap between job seekers with disabilities and the employers who want to hire them.
Results: Over 90% of participants in our Job Seeker Workshops and Career Mentoring Days say they are very satisfied with the program.
