Results: We currently serve more than 400 adults with developmental disabilities.

Geographic areas served: the greater Savannah, GA region - Chatham, Effingham, and Bryan Counties
Programs: Day Services assists individuals with daily living skills relating to self-care, communication, self-direction, and other areas that expand opportunities for community inclusion and self-sufficiency. Community Access Groups, part of the Day Services Program, are small groups that participate in daily enrichment and volunteering activities, allowing them to explore the community and make new, lasting connections with others. Supported Employment supports adults with IDD from the beginning of their job search and into employment, providing support and training for the life of the job. Pre-Vocational Training at The Academy provides job and life skills training to prepare program participants to enter the workforce. Programs include Culinary, Housekeeping, Fulfillment, Printshop & Customer Service, and Specialized Assembly.
