The EFP is a small core group of staff that helps volunteers find their best work every day through their leadership and encouragement. The staff know the names of many clients who come in for help and seek to maintain the dignity of each individual. They are upbeat, empathetic, and truly care about everyone they work with and work for. They far exceed any leaders I have experienced.
