I heard about good things on this organization thru a friend in the area. My experienced took me to find a good shelter where I can share the story of my best friend who died 2 years ago from a domestic abuse. And I can't get over with it unless I can't do and share such terrible experience the night she dies. The night was the last of hearing her voice asking help to let her family know in the Philippines that's she's no longer lived, let the community known for what she had been from her husband.
From that moment, I promise myself that I am her voice to make awareness of the domestic violence, lifted up,empower women who are afraid to come out to raise their experience. I have to continue my journey by the help of this organization to let me part of them. To support whatever their needs .
