I can compare how they are not as friendly as the other places we go to. The first impression is that they come as rude. I hardly go there anymore. I feel more welcome at the Congregational Church, at LCCC, at The Wall and at The Refuge Church. Sorry I don't mean to put anybody down but other places are just more accommodating with smiling faces to help us.

I think, this organization is very unlawfuly ran by a bunch of drug users. The people there are entirely rude and disrespectful. I feel like your not entitled what they offer. They automatically assume your trying to steal. They're going about it all wrong. I believe his organization should be taken over by someone who is willing to actually help the poor and people who are less unforunate. They're extremely racist. I don't have anything as it is. And i'm limited as it is when i walk in. And you have elderly people in there telling you what you can and can't have.

Our objective is to provide our customers with a three day supply of food once each month. And we serve about 2000 hungry people every month. So we are limited as to what we can provide any one person or family. That can create misunderstandings which may be what happened here. Our staff consists of people from more than one race, so the accusation of racist seems hard to comprehend. We hope you will try us again and see the many changes and improvements we have made since 2011
