Mission: Promotion and support of the el paso zoo.
Programs: Promotion and support of the el paso zoo and its related zoological educational programs. The society held 10 summer camp sessions attended by more than 300 children. In addition, the society trains and monitors volunteers at the zoo - it is estimated that there were more than 100 volunteers, excluding board members and others volunteering to help with special events. The city of el paso provides to the society the use of facilities valued at $30,350, of which $22,750 is allocated toward its program activities.
