Causes: Baseball & Softball, Children & Youth, Sports, Youth Development
Mission: The El Paso Border Youth Athletic Association's mission is to create educational and developmental opportunities through athletics, advancing youth baseball and softball talent to its highest potential. BYAA is a non-profit organization serving El Paso for over 15 years. Our mission is carried out through programs at THE BASE: Indoor Baseball & Softball Training Facility, BASE Play RBI, and Chihuahuas NeXt.
Target demographics: Expose and mentor the youth of El Paso to a healthy, emotional, productive, committed and active lifestyle. Encourage continued academic participation to its highest level. Identify and develop those talented enough to exchange their skills for a college or professional career.
