Mission: Receive requests for study courses from prison inmates. Fill those requests including test materials, answer sheets and business reply envelopes for student to return tests. Maintain post office accounts to cover incoming and outgoing mail. Grade tests returned by inmates and send those graded courses back to inmate. In separate mailing, sent next course or courses in the program to inmates. We pay all postage and charge no course fees.
