This company continuously loses resident's checks or sends them late. 70% of the time residents do not get their checks on time, and when the company does send out another check it is for the following week. Therefore, the resident never receives the previous weeks check. This company does not have an office that is available for the public, so all communication has to be over the phone. In my opinion, this company has in the past and continues to take advantage of people who are not able to stand up for themselves, elderly population, recovering substance abusers, and those with mental health issues. I would advise not to use the company.
