Mission: Our primary purpose is to assist neighborhood associations in east portland.
Programs: Our primary purpose is to act as a fiscal sponsor for 40 grants managed by our 13 member neighborhood associations and partner organizations, including neighborhood small grants, east portland action plan (epap) small grants, and neighborhood projects funded with donations. We also publish the east portland neighborhood associations newsletter (epnan), help provide insurance for neighborhood events and meetings, assist the neighborhood cleanups, and pay the rent for the east portland neighborhood office (epno) at 1017 ne 117th avenue.
