East County Youth Symphony is very dear to our family, as all three of our children have played and flourished as members of the Symphony Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra and Advanced Divisions. I am convinced that the professional quality of music and instruction cannot be matched, and the family-friendly tuition-free environment truly enables less privileged students to receive a top quality musical education that prepares musicians for the rigors of a college music curriculum. I cannot say enough about the impact that ECYS has had on our family, or about the positive relationships that my children are building through music.
