EarthShare helps me make connections to government agencies and other non-profits by providing my non-profit organization with opportunities to attend charitable events and advocate on behalf of the Environmental and Energy Study Institute. EarthShare's staff work tirelessly to find opportunities for environmental non-profits to reach out to donors and constituents, and broadcasts EESI's message out to a wider area than we could reach on our own. EarthShare's staff are helpful, passionate, and thoroughly committed to environmental issues, and I enjoy working alongside them throughout the year while promoting environmental conservation and green energy awareness. I started working with EarthShare right when I joined EESI, and the staff at EarthShare have always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the non-profit community, and I've always been encouraged by their support.
For several decades I have personally made working for the environment
my number one priority. For almost 20 years I served as the President of the Trust for Public land working in 40 states. What I value most about Earthshare is the way it brings all of us together all over the country in effective partnerships to protect our communities. It brings out the best in people to bind us together as parents, students, farmers, races and Americans.
I am continually impressed with not only the mission and distinguished organizations that make up EarthShare, but the staff of EarthShare as well. They truly are committed to the preservation of our planet and its people - going out of their way to support member charities. Sustainable Harvest International is proud to be a member of EarthShare!
EarthShare supports over 400 environmental and conservation non-profit organizations by raising funds through workplace giving -- a convenient way to donate used by millions of people. EarthShare has a 20-year track record, is extremely efficient, and is exceptionally well-managed. As a board member I've had the pleasure of getting to know staff and I couldn't be more impressed with them or the organization.
