Mission: To foster healthy development in infants and young children who are at risk, abused, neglected, emotionally disturbed, or affected by family substance abuse by providing comprehensive mental health treatment and early education services to them and to their families.
Programs: Specialized mental health services for children. This program provides a broad array of outpatient mental health services for children aged birth to six. Services include intensive day treatment for seriously emotionally disturbed children; individual play therapy ; weekly home visiting to families of infants at risk. 219 children and their family members served.
wraparound treatment and mental health services is an innovative team-based approach to providing mental health services and supportive services to families with many problems who are involved with many public and private agencies. 66 children and their family members served.
child care solutions provides mental health consultation and training for child care providers; assessment of children who are experiencing difficulty in child care; and counseling and referral for their families. Served 65 children and their families in childcare programs. Also, counseled and trained over 30 childcare providers and teachers.
