Mission: Eagleville foundation is committed to providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment for consumers and family members, young adults through geriatric populations, who suffer from substance use disorders, co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions, and primary mental illness.
Programs: The specific and primary purposes of the corporation are to sponsor, encourage, promote and advance the provision and the betterment of health care in the communities served by non-profit health care institutions operated and organized within the meaning of sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) or (2) of the internal revenue code of 1954; to engage in fund raising on behalf of these institutions; to provide for the planning and coordination of health care services among these institutions and to otherwise assist these institutions in the performance of their activities; to facilitate, through educational activities, the interchange of ideas among these institutions and communities they serve; to engage in and conduct charitable, educational, and scientific activities, and to further such activities as may be deemed advisable for the advancement of health care; and to take such other and further actions in furtherance of the tax exempt purposes of this corporation.
