Mission: E-RoadMap Corporation, (ERM) a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization serving Palm Beach County, works to promote self-sufficiency and increase food security in underserved communities by developing comprehensive, community-based solutions. Operation No Food Gap (ONFG) is the newest initiative by ERM, born in response to the COVD-19 crisis. ONFG is a transformative approach to addressing inequalities and food insecurities throughout Palm Beach County by creating agricultural ecosystems to ensure access and sustainability of nourishing foods in underserved communities.
Results: ERM has produced over 35 Teen Entrepreneurs and indirectly impacted 200 youth.
Target demographics: Underserved communities with "at-potential" youth ages 5-18, with an additional framework for 18-24 year old young adults
Direct beneficiaries per year: 175 youth
Geographic areas served: Palm Beach County
Programs: Entrepreneurship Programs, Financial Literacy, Self-development Workshops; Fitness Jam Sessions. ONFG is a transformative approach to addressing inequalities and food insecurities throughout Palm Beach County by creating agricultural ecosystems to ensure access and sustainability of nourishing foods in underserved communities.

This organization opens the door for children and teens to explore the possibilities entrepreneurship. The program teaches and promotes leadership skills. They understand the importance and effectiveness of entrepreneurship through fun and innovative activities.Great job and I am proud to support this organization.
