Pwg provides information that will help women unfamiliar with the workplace continue to develop skills and advance in their careers. The pwg offers members a comfortable atmosphere in which they can share, grow and network with other women who have recently made the same transition into the workforce.

The program offers services and resources that are vital to women entering the workforce, such as an internet-accessable computer lab with cutting-edge job placement software; job search assistance; resume and cover letter writing lessons; and both interview preparation and mock interviews.

going places network program - this is a job readiness program held weekly over 10 weeks for women who are chronically unemployed. They gain professional skills to accelerate their job search and to build confidence via the training sessions. Additionally, they develop networking techniques and have one on one career coaching throughout the program.
