Mission: The goal of acjl is as stated above in part i line 1. Acjl was organized on october 28, 2014. Acjl continues to investigate community needs as it defines the size of the facility to be constructed. Acjl expects to begin construction of its facility in las vegas, nv in 2019 and begin operations once the facility is complete.
Programs: Contributions received for the contemplated facility included land in a prior year, funds for related development and / or capital costs including architectual and engineering fees for design schematics and feasibility research to assess the type of facility to be constructed and the community need for the facility and related activities.
