Mission: To provide 100 low cost housing units for senior citizens under sec 202 of the national housing act. Additionally, the facility participates in huds congregate housing service program to provide services such as: meals, personal assistance, and housekeeping to residents.
Programs: Senior housing-the organization provides 100 apartments to senior adults at a discount from fair market rent. This discount is based upon income level of the resident. The rent subsidy program is administered in conjunction with the federal department of housing and urban development.
