Until there is better leadership, stay far away from this organization. The ED is two faced and will compliment you to your face then talk bad about you to other coworkers. So much for being a feminist.

The current ED in 2018 is manipulative and abusive to her staff. I've heard her gossip about staff to other people, bad mouth them (including calling one of them fat) and belittle them. She clearly has favorites in the organization (especially her own daughter!). The board of directors needs to do something. No staff member has lasted long there and the common denominator is her! The staff members who left/forced out were amazing and passionate about their work.
