If I can give it a 0 I would!!!! I kept getting charges I did not ask for! I called the number early 7am and someone picked up they say they will refund back my money I told them to take my information and card off! I should have read the reviews but my attorney recommended me this website. I will be going to my bank and have them block this nonprofit organization as I read the reviews that other people are still getting charged months later that's insane we file bankruptcy for a reason and this non profit just keep taking!!!

My debit card was fraudently charged $11.99 by Dollar Learning Foundation three days after I took and paid for the one and only product I ordered from them--a credit counseling course. After reading similar accounts online and complaints on the BBB website, my sense is that this company (and similar companies, because it happened to my mother as well) is deliberately charging people's accounts for things they did not order. And many of the victims are probably using bank account numbers and debit cards because they have credit problems (hence the course), which makes them an easy target for free cash.

They were great when I needed counseling for bankruptcy. But a few months later, out of the blue charged $19.99 to my debit card. I don’t know if they did it before, but I happened to catch this one. I have contacted my bank

I did this debt program which my attorney recommended(requirement to take the course). Now they keep randomly charging my card for different charges. The first time (13.99) they refunded, now it’s happened again. How can they store my card number then charge it randomly. I was done with them 13 months ago and just got charged again ($19.99). This cannot be by mistake.

Just a boiler room most likely with people sitting there cutting and pasting a script. So frustrating to have to go to a place for financial counseling when you are in debt and out of money to just be told, you need to save money. Took half an hour to get thru 10 lines of standard scripted answers. May be a bot for all I know.

Most likely a scam since they are a non-profit. Get tax deductions and tax dollars for funding. Had to use their website for financial "counselling." Horrible experience. Took 3 hours to navigate through their portal. No way to get support. Bogus email. Telephone support non-existence. Didn't learn anything. Just a way for someone to probably get rich by bilking the government for money and doing very little.
