My fiancé and I found Dog Wish in 2012 and started working with the owner who encouraged us to find our own dog and pay for the training ($10,000). However, once it became clear that we were not going to be able to fund raise the full amount the owner sent our dog home with us claiming that the dog was fully trained. We attempted to take our dog out as a service dog for a couple of years but it became clear that he was not fully trained and we didn't feel right bringing him out in public. Today (February 9, 2017) the owner of dog wish was arrested on felony counts of animal abuse. I do not recommend dog wish we feel that we were fooled by the owner's claims and are very sad for others who have had similar experiences.

We have a terrific dog from Dogwish for our 7 year old son who has autism. My son is now a lot calmer, the dog comes to him when having tantrums. They do great especially when they are tethered together during community walks.

Bob and Dogwish had been an important part of our family and have given us a new direction in our lives for the past 2 years. Bob has been an incredible dog trainer and a very good friend.
He had changed how we interact, train, and care for our dogs in the most positive way. We've been taught the skills to have that control of our dog and we are now able to enjoy my dog in all types of environments. He is always willing to go the extra step to help us with any question that we may have.

We contacted Dog Wish to see about getting a dog for our 9-year old daughter that is on the autism spectrum and is profoundly deaf. We were able to bring Lacy, a 1-year old German Shepherd, home with us. Lacy had already received extensive training enabling her to be a calm presence in our home. We continue to go back to Dog Wish for additional training weekly. Over the last few months the difference she has made in our home is priceless. Bob Taylor of Dog Wish is very easy to work with and is always willing to talk with me regarding questions and to give support.
