Dogs On Death Row is sponsoring free spay and neuter events in the Los Angeles area. This is far from where this non-profit operates. It's very special that they are willing to help so many low income pet owners that are away from their home base. Mission: To solicit sponsorships for dogs in shelters whose free time has run out without yet being adopted. These sponsorships will pay for the care and keeping of such dogs, either at the shelter or at a foster home and save them from being euthanized.
